Organizational Change Manager – ERP Transformation

What you will do

Are you interested in applying your ERP transformation experience in your next role? Join our Organizational Effectiveness & Change Team as an Organizational Change Manager. The role involves leading organizational change strategies for a range of complex projects, ensuring effective execution and measurement of change plans. The successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively to manage risks, support project teams, and foster organizational change capabilities. Key responsibilities include managing change workstreams, designing and implementing change strategies, and guiding projects through the phases of readiness, adoption, and sustainment to ensure successful outcomes.

How you will do it

  • Execute the Change Plan effectively, ensuring integration with multi-year project goals.

  • Utilize established change tools and frameworks to craft and refine strategies for high-impact initiatives.

  • Integrate change and project plans, addressing issues promptly to align with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish a shared vision for change and prioritize critical activities.

  • Develop targeted stakeholder analysis and communication strategies with technical and business experts.

  • Implement metrics and KPIs to track change management progress and report on adoption rates.

  • Engage actively in team meetings to share knowledge, address challenges, and stay informed on change management trends. Bring innovative ideas and approaches to the organization.

What we look for

  • 4+ years of experience in international change management including ERP (Oracle or SAP) system transformation.

  • Proficient in applying change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a track record in large-scale organizational change projects.

  • Quick learner with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and adjust to changing priorities while supporting the overall strategy.

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business priorities in alignment with strategic goals.

  • Skilled in conducting workshops and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels and business functions.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for aligning cross-organizational efforts to foster a unified business perspective.

  • Change Management certifications, such as APMG and Prosci.
