In cooperation with our sister company, we are looking on behalf of our client, an internationally active automotive supplier, for the next possible date for a permanent position as part of a direct placement for a
 
Project Manager IE (m/w/d) - Automotive
 
Tasks:
 
  • Project Management of automation solution internal MSAS                                                    
  • Commercial offers preparation after RFQ                                                                           
  • Coordination of automation team                                                                                     
  • Fulfilment on performance KPI: cost, timelines, equipment performance                                  
  • Supplier management for HSE, documentation, mechanical construction                      
  • Provide documentation as 3D Models; 2D drawings, Eplan, Pneumatical plans, manuals, Risk assessments, Machinery FMEA      
  • To participate the activities of new projects, from the initial phase (definition and specifications) to the SOP, assuring the learning processes and application of lessons learned.                                  
  • Supports customer (plants) with service on existing cells                                                      
  • Provide trainings inside organization
Skills:
 
  • Degree in engineering with professional experience of which at least two years in the automotive industry        
  • Project Management expert                                                                                            
  • Good knowledge on suppliers’ management                                                                       
  • Capability to support internal customer                                          
  • General knowledge on assembly process (tightening, clipping, placing, conveyors, ...)   
  • Good knowledge on automation (robot cells, conveyors, AGV,...)       
  • Good intercultural skills               
  • Business fluent in English and Czech
  • Full availability to travel
