Global Enterprise Operation Center - Program Management Lead

How you will do it

To be successful in this role, the Program Management Lead will be responsible to build, design and deploy a digital service delivery program structure both globally & regionally. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated program plan(s) and structure for detailed initiative plans with timelines and key milestones.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

· Strategic and solution focused. Leads all aspects of the PMO

· Deliberate collaborator. Work collaboratively with regional and global stakeholders to ensure progress across functions is being tracked effectively, key risks and next steps are highlighted, and project plans are maintained with timeliness and accuracy.

· Support development for tools, processes and service offerings

· Coordinate cross-program resource needs and resources forecasts across initiatives

· Facilitate program KPIs and centralize reporting for internal and external program needs

· Coordinate inter-dependency and risk / issue identification, mitigations dependency management, project management & tracking, status reporting, and budget management

· More detailed capabilities gap assessment (esp. for IT roadmap)

· Bottom-up view of ‘waves’ & requirements, with clear dependencies & deadlines / prioritizations

· Review progress, risks, and next steps on “All hands” calls on a recurring basis

· Bring together global and regional stakeholders to collaborate to solve problems, facilitate decision making and help the team achieve business goals

· Support a data driven approach to delivery execution, wide ERP, PowerBI, Excel and other tool exposure

· Work together with AI and DataScience groups to enhance and expand service offerings

· Support use of JIRA across multiple groups, design and improve ways-of-working, setup and maintain dashboards and reports

· Facilitate the review of business needs for key software tool development, work with Product management to prioritize and plan

· Report directly to the Global Lead of Enterprise Operation Centers

What we look for:

· Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree in business management, similar and necessary relevant industry experience (HVAC or BMS)

· Excellent English skills: written and spoken , additional languages are a plus

· Experience with a wide variety of structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools

· Data literate, advanced excel user, comfortable with analysis and (executive) presentation of large data sets

· Ability to work in a global team environment

· Agile mindset, strong problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality

· Flexibility to travel globally

· Strong knowledge of Jira required

· ERP system knowledge (Salesforce, Servicemax, NxGen) as well as Power BI knowledge is a plus
